Individual growth and training
Within the CSG, we consider individual development of great importance. We are therefore happy to think along with you when it comes to attending training courses, courses and/or training programmes.
Because nobody is the same, we state that every request should be treated individually. The following working method therefore applies:
- Discuss your wishes with your manager and determine which course suits you best.
- Write an email to management answering the questions:
– What will the education, course or training bring to you as a person?
– What will taking this education, course or training bring to you for the company?
– What does the education, course or training cost and how do we divide these costs as far as you are concerned?
Based on the costs, we will make a plan on how to deal with this. Think about training agreements, full compensation, time available during working hours, etc. Together, we will always come up with the best possible solution for you!
